2023 AAOM Annual Conference

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

The American Academy of Oral Medicine will hold its 77th annual conference in beautiful Savannah, Georgia from May 3–6, 2023 with the theme, Oral Medicine: Pathways to Precision Practice. We would like to extend a warm welcome to the greater oral health community to consider attending and being a part of our annual conference – the preeminent destination for Oral Medicine education, advances, and networking in the United States. With Oral Medicine’s specialty recognition in 2020, immediately followed by the COVID pandemic and a retreat to virtual forums, now is the time to get out, meet like-minded individuals, and learn more about this intriguing and fascinating discipline. Come and learn more about the AAOM’s Academic Fellowship program and how this distinction can help you to elevate your practice to the next level. Our intent is for this conference to be as personable, interactive, and engaging as possible for all who attend – opportunities abound including evening receptions, a new member assembly, Meet the Experts educational sessions, and networking and making new friends during breaks and over meals and evenings out. In addition to an action-packed educational program, this is the first year that we are also offering pre- and post-conference Workshops which will provide practical, hands-on, need-to-know knowledge and skills to be able to provide the best care possible for your patients and the communities that you serve.
