Meet the Etherio Team
As you may know, after an extensive search, AAOM transitioned to Etherio for management services as of September 1st. Your Executive Committee and Board of Trustees have worked diligently to ensure a smooth transition for our members.
Etherio will now handle the day-to-day operations of AAOM and will also support ABOM with the same dedicated team.
We’re pleased to announce that the staffing transition is complete. The new team leading our operations includes:
- Executive Director: Holly Roseski, CAE
- Membership Manager: Ashley Vander Wyk
- Meeting Planner: Kowana Ragland, CMP
- Accountant: Ruby Riveros, CPA
- Marketing & Creative: Briannia “Bri” McCullough
- Interim Executive Director: Beth Chitnis, CAE
Get to know our team a little better:
- Holly Roseski is your Executive Director. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) with an MBA. She brings a wealth of experience from various associations and non-profit organizations, including the American Association of Poison Control Centers, the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification, and the American Council on Consumer Interests, where she managed academic conferences and awards programs similar to ours.
- Ashley Vander Wyk is a membership manager with a strong background in customer service, membership, education, and marketing. She joins us from the International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP).
- Kowana Ragland is a Vice President of association events and leads a team of event planners in executing best in class events. Kowana has been in meeting and event planning for many years – planning meets of all sizes and locations.
- Ruby Riveros is a Vice President of Association Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has extensive experience – she began her career as an auditor in New York.
- Bri McCullough is our Digital Marketing Manager and has a dynamic background in marketing and sales. Her specialty is email automation and campaigns and social media strategy and presence.
- Beth Chitins leads Etherio’s association management division, focusing on both strategy and operations. She continues to serve as an account executive for multiple clients while inspiring her team to create meaningful experiences. She also holds both an MBA and CAE.
AAOM is thrilled to welcome the new team with Etherio and are confident in their expertise and commitment to supporting AAOM. With their guidance, we look forward to excellent service and support and continued growth. The team’s dedication to excellence in service and member engagement is evident, and we are excited to embark on this new chapter together. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to the team as they begin their journey with us!
