We at AAOM are saddened by the loss of Dr. Herbert Dean Millard, co-founder and first president of OTOD (Organization of Teachers of Oral Diagnosis), longtime member of AAOM, and former Chair of Oral Diagnosis and Radiology at the University of Michigan. 

Dr. Millard will be remembered at a memorial service on Sunday, June 23, at 1.30 pm. Dr. Millard died June 4, 2013 at the age of 89 years. The service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, 1432 Washtenaw Avenue, Ann Arbor. A reception will follow in the Social Hall.
