Meet the Speakers

Dr. Craig Miller  
Dr. Craig Miller is a Professor of Oral Medicine, Microbiology, Immunology & Molecular Genetics, at the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine, University Research Professor and Chief, Division of Oral Diagnosis, Oral Medicine and Oral Radiology College of Dentistry. He has served as President of the American Academy of Oral Medicine and the Oral Medicine & Pathology Group in the American Association of Dental Research, and served 8 years as Editor of the Oral Medicine Section of the journal “OOOO”, as well as a consultant to the National Institutes of Health.  His research and scholarly activities have resulted in numerous awards and more than 200 scientific articles, textbook chapters, and monographs in the areas of oral infections, virology, dental management and oral manifestations of systemic disease. He is known worldwide for the four textbooks he has co-authored:  The Color Atlas of Common Oral Diseases, Oral Diagnosis, Oral Medicine and Treatment Planning, Exercises in Oral Radiology, and Little & Falace’s Dental Management of the Medically Compromised Patient, and his entertaining lectures have been enjoyed by thousands on several continents.
Dr. Michael Glick  
Dr. Michael Glick is Professor, School of Dental Medicine, University at Buffalo, State University of New York. Dr. Glick has authored more than 300 publications, including original research articles, editorials, and book chapters, and has edited and co-edited 10 textbooks. Dr. Glick is past-President of the American Board of Oral Medicine, immediate past Dean, School of Dental Medicine, University at Buffalo, and served as the Editor-in-Chief of The Journal of the American Dental Association from 2005 to 2020.
